About

Built on site.
Driven by discipline.

Founded in 2019 by Er. Krishna Kamalkishor Bagdia, KKB Group has grown from a focused construction firm into a multi-entity group spanning EPC, RMC supply, design, consultancy and warehousing — rooted in a family legacy that goes back to 1902.

Company Story

Practical EPC with an industrial mindset.

KKB Group is an EPC and industrial construction company based in Jalna, Maharashtra. The company works on steel-sector infrastructure, heavy foundations, support buildings and commercial project packages that demand disciplined planning and precise site coordination.

Founded by a civil engineer with a passion for design and execution, the group has since expanded into ready-mix concrete supply through an Ultratech Cement partnership, design and consultancy services, and a century-old warehousing legacy that continues to serve the region.

Er. Krishna Kamalkishor Bagdia

Founder & Managing Director — KKB Group of Companies

KKB is a civil engineer whose passion lies in design, planning and precise execution. His hands-on approach to construction — grounded in site realities, not just drawings — is what defines how KKB Group thinks and works.

Under his leadership, KKB Group has expanded from industrial EPC delivery into a four-company group covering construction, RMC supply, design consultancy and warehousing. Each entity reflects a different dimension of his vision: disciplined building, quality materials, thoughtful design and long-term infrastructure.

Our Values

Quality First

Clear execution thinking and attention to the structural details that determine project performance and long-term durability.

Industrial Focus

The portfolio is intentionally centred on steel-industry work and the supporting infrastructure it demands — not diluted by chasing every type of project.

Site Realism

Planning that respects running-plant constraints, shutdown windows and the actual conditions on the ground — not just what looks good on a drawing.
